Ordering & Customer Service
Our website is available 24 hours a day to place orders. Contact our friendly customer service for assistance and questions Monday through Friday 10am – 6pm EST.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Sales tax will be added to all orders in North Carolina & Virginia. All other states are excluded at this time.
Order Modifications & Exceptions
If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted, for example to change an address, please contact us ASAP. We unfortunately will not be able to change an order or make additions or subtractions once it has been submitted, so be sure to carefully review your cart before submitting. Requests for cancellation must be made before 3 PM EST. So long as the order has not been shipped you may cancel the entire order.
If however your package has already shipped we will be unable to cancel it and it will have to be processed as a return. Please see our Return Policy for information.
Please do not leave orders or credit card information on our voicemail system. These order will not be processed.
Order cut off times are 1PM Monday – Thursday and Noon on Fridays EST. Orders are typically processed between 1 – 2 business days excluding weekends. Holidays and weather can affect shipping times and delivery.
At this time we are using US Postal Service as our preferred shipper. At our discretion we may ship using UPS. The shipping chart below shows the rates:

Important! If you wish to ship to a P.O. Box we can only ship using USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship internationally and only to the 48 contiguous states.
If you wish to pick up your order locally you may do so, be sure to select the store pickup option during checkout. There are no shipping or handling charges for local pickup. Orders must be received by 2PM Monday through Thursday for next day pickup. Orders received by that time will be ready after 2PM the following day. Orders placed on Fridays will not be available until after 2PM on Tuesday the following week.
We cannot accept returns on ANY custom oil blends, bulk oils, salves, or herbal blends. All other requests may be made by contacting customer service at 336.377.3202 M-F 10am-6pm. Any requests for returns must be made within 21 days of shipping date. Items must be received back to our store within 60 days of the shipping date. Returns not approved or received after this date will not be refunded.
NOTE these important restrictions:
- shipping charges for returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer
- original shipping charges are non-refundable
- items must be returned with all their original packaging
- item(s) returned that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded and cannot be returned to you.
